Shipping

We ship only in the continental US.


Delivery

Once you have purchased a Product, we will deliver that Product to you in accordance with the delivery option you elected when you completed your order. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. You shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.


Cancellations

You are not permitted to cancel any order once the Product has been shipped except to the extent permitted by applicable law.


Returns and Refunds

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If any Product is defective upon delivery to you, we will provide you with a replacement for the defective Product. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us at info@sbfhoney.com within a week of receiving your order. Refunds and returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. In your email, please be sure to include:

Following review, we may send you new products, process a refund, or decline the request. We will notify you of any steps you must take. Do not send product back if we have not authorized the return and advised shipping procedure. If new items are be sent, there may be an additional lead time as we may not have any of the item in stock and it must be made fresh. If a refund is processed, it can take up to seven days to post to your official credit card statement. If you have any questions about an approved refund, please contact your credit card company.

 


SBF will only pay the return shipping costs if it was a mistake on our end: wrong size, wrong item, missing product, defective product, as well as items damaged during shipping.
